We strive to provide fresh and high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations may be necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation
* Before Dispatch:
* Customers can cancel their order anytime before it has been dispatched for delivery.
* To cancel your order, visit your account and select the cancellation option or contact our customer support at support@oneinfinityorganics.in
* No cancellation charges will be applied if the order is canceled before dispatch.
* After Dispatch:
* Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations will not be allowed.
* For products such as perishable goods like vegetables, dairy (A2 milk, paneer, curd, butter, etc.), and frozen food (vegan frozen products), cancellations after dispatch will not be accepted due to the sensitive nature of these products.
Refund Policy for Canceled Orders
* For orders canceled before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded.
* Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
* Non-perishable items (Drinks, Beverages, Ghee): If your order contains only non-perishable items, cancellations may be allowed even after dispatch. However, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer support team.
* Custom Orders: Custom or special orders (bulk purchases, specific requests) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Modifying Orders:
* If you need to modify your order (add or remove products), please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
